Tropical Institute is a premier E-learning and health research organization in Africa, with a strong track record of developing, testing and validating innovations for health. We are driven by core strategic mandate for delivering blended e-learning courses, research, training and services. The Tropical Institute works across the full research lifecycle from basic science to policy and translation.
The work of Tropical Institute is organized into four departments; E-learning programs, Research, Training and internship. The e-learning departments are:
Advanced postgraduate diploma in health system strengthening, advanced postgraduate diploma in hospital management, advanced postgraduate diploma in disaster management. The research departments are: Environmental Health & Ecological Sciences, Interventions & Clinical Trials, and Health Systems, Impact Evaluation& Policy.
